Senior Ladies Exercise Group
Join us each Friday in room 101 for a free health and fitness class designed especially for senior ladies. Led in a supportive, encouraging environment, this class promotes gentle movement, strength, and overall wellness. More than just exercise, it’s a wonderful opportunity to connect with friends, build new relationships, and enjoy a continued sense of purpose within our church community. Ladies Luncheon
Gatherings are the 1st Saturday of the Month Luncheon Times Vary Ladies are invited to meet for food and fellowship. We meet at a different restaurant each month so there no food to prepare and no cleanup! We usually meet for lunch however there are times when we will meet for an early dinner.
